Lake Charles Man Arrested With Two Bombs

The original charge was Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Things got worse for the suspect when Sheriff's Deputies went to arrest him.

The first charge and reason for the CPSO visit was the result of David B. Parker Jr allegedly having inappropriate contact with a 16 year old girl on two occasions. Deputies found Parker in the attic of his home with two pipe bombs. Parker was arrested without incident and Louisiana State Police disposed of the bombs. Parker is being charged with carnal knowledge, manufacture and possession of a bomb and child desertion.
