Local Guy Will Be on Discovery’s Naked and Afraid

Naked and Afraid is a show on Discovery that features one man and one woman who meet for the first time in their birthday suits. For twenty-one days they are paired and tasked to survive in some of the world's most extreme environments.

This means no food, water, or clothes. They suffer the world's most hostile climates while encountering new and deadly animals. They will have to create shelter, find food and water.

Derrick "Diggie" Roberts will be featured on the show April 5th at 8:00pm. This Cajun boy will be put in the South African bush to try and survive for 21 days. Diggie is from right here in Lake Charles and is no stranger to harsh environments. I hope America is ready to see this guy take on the bush because whatever he catches I can promise that's what's for dinner, Sha!
