Longtime Downtown Bar Now for Sale

EDIT: It has been brought to our attention that the property is for sale, but Crystal's as a bar is simply just moving locations.

Nestled in the downtown Lake Charles area has been the same bar for as long as I can remember. Crystal's Downtown is sadly now for sale. I honestly had no idea how large the space was until I saw these pictures from Larry Turner Properties.

The area itself is a shade under 5,000 square feet with heating and AC. The area was built in 1944 and not only faces Ryan Street, but also a huge parking lot in the back of it. Think of it as a shotgun-type bar, but also having a secondary smaller bar hidden off to the side of it. The main bar has a small stage and DJ booth, plus a ton of space to just have a beverage.

The property is for sale at $475,000 or you can lease it at $4,000 a month. Although now, I guess, isn't the best time to get into the bar business, but if you did, this would be the spot to do it.
