Mayor Requests Moment of Remembrance to Honor Senior Trooper Steven Vincent

A “Day of Memorial” has been issued for Saturday, August 29, 2015 to remember Louisiana State Police Senior Trooper Steven Vincent. The proclamation was set forth by Mayor Randy Roach and the Lake Charles City Council on today (Aug. 28). It’s requested that residents of Lake Charles pause in a moment of silence at noon on Saturday to remember our fallen Trooper Vincent.
