Nelson’s Donuts Announces “We are reopening!”

Just over 20 hours ago, Nelson's Donuts made a monumental announcement that all of Lake Charles has been waiting on. Since the sudden fire a while back, rumors have been running around if the staple donut shop in Lake Charles was going to actually re-open.

They posted on their Facebook page the following announcement.

There you have it from the horse's mouth. They are coming back! The post currently has over 190 shares and over 50 comments. You could say that the area is ready for their donuts to come back. When they open, at least Popeyes will have a day off. We know the line to get donuts will be wrapped around the corner!
