The issue raises it's head again as Senate candidate Bill Cassidy fights for charter school funding and ask Senator Mary Landrieu to join him. A lawsuit filed by a state teachers union is trying to strip $60 million from charter schools. No word on how this would affect Lake Charles charter schools.
