The only thing better than picking out a costume for Halloween is picking out a costume for your dog for Halloween. Dogs in costumes might just be one of the most adorable things ever. I mean, how can you not smile when you see a dachshund dressed up as a hot dog, or a golden retriever rocking a lion's mane?
