Cajun music star Travis Matte and his band have been together for a long time. When Travis first hit the Louisiana music scene as an independent artist, the name of the band was Travis Matte and the Zydeco Kingpins. They dropped the Zydeco part and are now known as just simply Travis Matte & The Kingpins.

Travis is known for hit songs like BBQ and Drink A Few, Booty Call, Zydeco Train, Drinking Beer, Living But Not Alive, Tiger Tailgate Party, and his biggest hit Vibrator.

Travis has a huge following and no matter where he performs he will keep you dancing and singing every time you see him. This Saturday night is your chance.

Kjun Boo's is located at 2860 North Highway 171 in Moss Bluff even though the address in your GPS will say, Lake Charles. It's going to be a huge night of live music because Travis Matte is not the only person performing at the restaurant that night.

Starting at 5:00 pm, country music recording artist Kevin Barton will perform from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and then Travis Matte and the Kingpins will take the stage from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
