“You Are My Sunshine” Morgane and Chris Stapleton Cover AMAZING

I have always wanted to hear a true recorded version of this song done by the duo. Morgane and Chris Stapleton typically sing this beautiful rendition live on stage towards the end of his show. It is no secret that his beautiful, extremely fertile, wife can sing her head off. I have heard this song a million times over, but for some reason when they sing it, it just oozes into your pores.

In an interview with Elektra Records, Chris says,

I always feel like if you're going to cover a song, you should make it your own and flip it on its head a little bit

They certainly do just that live, and now in a recorded version. The song has special meaning to them both, the words are engraved on the inside of their wedding rings.
