Now if you are considering buying this land, the almost six million you will fork out isn't all you are going to have to dish out. according to the listing on Zillow,

The seller will provide the ROW for an E/W road extending west of Contraband Parkway. A N/S road is the option of the Buyer who is responsible for roads/infrastructure.
