Each year, it draws locals and visitors alike to Burton Coliseum in South Lake Charles for a day dedicated to preserving and celebrating Cajun heritage through music, dancing, and authentic cuisine.

For 2026, organizers have officially announced the entertainment lineup, building excitement for what promises to be another lively celebration. The festival is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026, with gates opening bright and early at 8:00 a.m. and festivities continuing until 8:00 pm.
