Dolly Parton starts “My People Fund” to help Great Smoky Mountain Fire Victims

As the fires continue in the Great Smoky Mountains, Dolly Parton is starting the "My People Fund" to give a "hand up" to displaced families. This unfolding tragedy hits close to home for Dolly, who is from that area, and still calls it home.
