We knew after retiring from the NFL that Drew Brees was heading to the broadcast booth. However, we now know what shows and games he will be appearing on.

Brees is joining the NBC sports broadcasting team and will not only be used for football shows and events, but other sports as well. He will work as an analyst on Football Night in America and Notre Dame football games. NBC also will use his talents on other sporting events including Super Bowl LVI and the Olympics.

Drew had this to say in a press release:

I’m part of the team now, a new team...I’m excited to stay very closely connected with the game of football, it’s been such an important part of my life.

Tony Romo has been a huge hit with fans for CBS, and I'm sure NBC is hoping Brees will be a natural at broadcasting. The first ballot Hall of Famer is set to begin work this August.
