Events & Concerts In Lake Charles & SWLA This Weekend June 14-16

The weekend is upon us ladies and gentlemen and it's time right? You have been at it all week and are probably a little burned out from work, the kiddos being off of school, and of course, the dreaded traffic we had this week.

It's time to leave that all behind and go do something fun in the Southwest Louisiana area. Here are some things going on in the Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana area.

The 3rd annual Holly Beach Crab Festival will take place this Friday and Saturday in Holly Beach, Louisiana.  Here is the entertainment lineup of music for this weekend. For festival information, you can contact (409) 365-6598 and learn more about all the events, live music, food, and how to be a part of a great event.

Leroy Thomas will be live at Linda's Lounge located on Lake Street in Lake Charles on Friday night, June 14th. Known as The Jewel Of The Bayou, Leroy Thomas and his band The Zydeco Roadrunners will perform live from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Downtown At Sundown will be live in downtown Lake Charles on Friday night. This is the last week of the four-week concert series for this year. On June 14, 2024, it's Geaux Blue night and will feature live music from Doc Wilder and Justin Martindale & the Backstabbers.

Loggerheads located off of Old Town Road in Lake Charles will have live music Friday through Sunday this weekend. Friday night it will be The 33's, Saturday night its Shawn Vanicor & The Night Rockers, and Sunday afternoon they will have Kelly Reeves & Eric Sylvester.
