How Did I Lose 30 Pounds in Two Months?
In mid April I weighed in at 255 pounds. I looked at myself in the mirror and said "Self, we need to do something about this." And my journey began. Today I am happy to report that I am 225.
Here is my secret.
1. The want to and determination.
3. Walking. I walk alot! During the week I walk about 6-8 miles daily. Today I walked 20. I shoot for 10,000 steps a day during the week, and 30,000 on Saturday. I yoga too. I try for every other day but to be honest I focused more on the walking this week.
4. Protein shake in the morning, light lunch to tie me over, big meal is supper by 7pm.
