25 years ago I made the decision to impact lives, and I have had the opportunity to do that very thing ever since.

People make choices every day. Even the ones who make the choice to get into the radio business. I am not going to lie. There are lots of perks in this business. I guess it just comes down to what you personally are looking for.

Fame?

Money?

Meet the Stars? And so on...

For me it's simply this... I ask myself one question before I plan my show for the morning. How can I impact a listener's life today?

If I can make you laugh with the show, or talk with you over a phone, or let you unload what has you so troubled on our social side of things... just be a friend, then I have done my job.
