Look at This Volkswagen Hover Car Project [VIDEO]

Here is a two - seater hover car that is now a Volkswagen project but my question is "why is this whole video done in Japan?" Isn't Volkswagen German? Even if you don't understand what they say, it's a pretty cool idea.
