Have you been having the urge to go out and cut a rug? Are you ready to put on your best dancing shoes and get down to some real Louisiana Zydeco? If the answer is yes, then get ready because here comes your chance.

Lake Charles native and Louisiana Zydeco artist Rusty Metoyer is returning back to his hometown in November for a big concert and he will be bringing the heat back to Southwest Louisiana.

Rusty was born and raised here in Lake Charles and went to St. Louis High School. He just got married a couple of years ago and he and his wife just welcomed their first child.

Get ready to jitterbug, waltz, and two-step all night. He will be playing all of his original hits along with some classic favorite Cajun and Zydeco tunes which will sure make you kick up the cornmeal on the floor.

Rusty will be back in Lake Charles with his band Zydeco Krush and be performing live inside the newly remodeled Cowboy's Night Club in Lake Charles. Have you been inside Cowboy's since they remodeled it? It is beautiful with an all-new dance floor and it's smoke-free inside the club.

The concert is set for Friday, November 17th, 2023. The doors will open at 9:00 p.m. that night and Rusty Metoyer and Zydeco Krush will hit the stage starting at 10:00 p.m. and play until 1:00 a.m. You must be 19 or older to enter and cover is $15 a person.

Cowboys is located at 5329 Common Street in South Lake Charles next to Walk-on's. Go have a great time and dance your boots off to the great sounds of Rusty Metoyer.
