Sheriff’s Office Gun Safety Class Next Week

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office is hosting a free event for gun safety. This event is great for the public to attend, whether you own a firearm or are currently thinking about purchasing one.

This event will be held Monday, March 16 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. This way, everyone who wants to attend can stop by after work. This will be held at the Moss Bluff public library located at 261 Parish Road.

Attendees will receive free gun locks. This class will not permit anyone who is carrying a concealed firearm. If you have any questions, please call the Moss Bluff library at (337) 721-7128.
