ey, gin or any other hard liquor.

Since Christmas Eve and New year's Eve both land on Sunday's this year, The Lake Charles City Council voted to allow alcohol sales for those two special days.

Matt Young with the City of Lake Charles said,

At a recent Lake Charles City Council meeting, the Council adopted an ordinance which allows the sale of alcohol by retail permit holders between the hours of 10:00 a.m.

Sunday through 12:01 a.m. Monday on Christmas Eve (Sunday, December 24, 2017) and New Year’s Eve (Sunday, December 31, 2017) for December 2017, only.

Of course we can buy liquor on Sunday's and for these two holidays.  We are Louisiana dang it.  We got drive thru places where you can purchase alcohol and drive off LOL.
