Big Brothers/Sisters of SWLA “60 for 60” Recruitment Campaign
Do you have some extra time on your hands? I believe we all do right about now. Here is your chance to make a difference in a child's life by becoming a mentor.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana is launching their “60 for 60” recruitment campaign. The agency is on a mission to recruit caring adults to pair with youth who are on a waiting list for a mentor.
The recruitment campaign for Big Brothers and Big Sisters is their community-based program that will run during the months of July and August with the purpose of recruiting Big mentors.
The commitment of a Big will be to spend time with their Littles a minimum of twice a month and do activities together out in the community like go fishing, playing sports, learning new skills, or just getting out and enjoying the great outdoors of Southwest Louisiana.
They are calling it the “60 for 60” recruitment campaign because their goal of the campaign is to recruit 60 volunteer mentors by August 31.
To become a mentor, just contact Marketing and Development Manager Alex Stinchcomb at alex@bbbsswla.org or 337-478-5437, ext. 114.
