Imagine going to check out Louisiana Legend Wayne Toups and while you're there watching the living legend himself, you also get to see Cody Johnson perform as well... Well, that's exactly what happened on Sunday evening in Texas.

Wayne Toups was playing a show in Hunt, Texas, and was joined by Texas Boy and Country Music rising superstar Cody Johnson in the middle of the show.

Wayne is still killing the game and actually just played in Lake Charles on Friday Night for the McNeese Cowboy Block Party. It is said that there was one of the biggest crowds the block party has seen in the few years the University has been hosting the parties.

Wayne is known for some of his classic hits like Take My Hand, Tupelo Honey, Please Explain, That's What I Love About My Baby, Let's Fall In Love, Two-Step Mamou, and many other great songs as well.

Cody Johnson is an up-and-coming Superstar who has already had a few major mainstream hits like On My Way To You, 'Til You Can't, With You I Am, Nothin' On You, and many others.

Cody Johnson told us he’s been a Wayne Toups fan since he was 8 years old! See him talking to me while I’m playing, he's saying, “Man this is great! Wayne Toups, Yeah!” He's a super nice guy too. Much respect to Wayne for continuing to inspire the next generation of entertainers.
