Restaurant Coming to Lake Shore Drive, Will it be Doomed Too?

The building at 1201 Lake Shore Drive has claimed the lives of plenty of new businesses trying to open and thrive in Lake Charles. The most recent one closing suddenly followed by a Facebook uproar of why they needed to get out. Rent prices? Forced Out?

A new neighbor is moving in called Laguna's Mexican Grill & Cantina. By the looks of their signs, they will be selling Coke products, they are hiring, and they're opening soon. It appears they are working on the inside to give it the "cantina" feel.

I was able to find on Facebook that they have applied for their alcohol permit, so at least they will have booze!
