The oldest and coldest festival in South Louisiana is coming back in 2023 for another big weekend of fun, music, food, and events. It's the 2023 Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival in Cameron Louisiana.

The first event taking place for the festival is the Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Queen Contest, the Teen Miss Fur Queen Contest, and the crowning of the Fur King. It all takes place at the South Cameron High School located at 753 Oak Grove Highway, Grand Chenier, Louisiana.

The festival is taking place from Friday, January 13th through Saturday, January 14th, 2023. Here is the list of all the events taking place that weekend.

Admission for the festival is $5 on Friday and $10.00 per person on Saturday and Children 12 & Under are Free. You can also buy a weekend pass for $15.  Go pass a good time at the oldest and coldest festival in Southwest Louisiana.
