It is watermelon season. Nothing taste better on a hot summer day that some ice cold watermelon. Plus eating watermelon gives you a completely socially acceptable reason to spit. It's a win win. Have you been cutting your watermelon wrong all these years?

I have to start this one with a disclaimer though. Please do not try t to do this in twenty seconds at home. We don't need everybody making trips to the emergency room to have fingers re-attached. This guy is a pro and has a very sharp knife. I do like the way he peels the melon though. It looks like he is going to waste a lot at the beginning ; but that is not the case. Maybe we have been doing it wrong.
