A Louisiana man braved three feet of water to save eleven dachshunds from a flooded house.

Thousands of residents were displaced from there homes due to the tragic flooding in South Louisiana, and many of these residents include the four-legged kind. Lucky for these eight dogs and three puppies, a blow up mattress "raft" and a caring owner were able to come to the rescue.

The man in the video is seen telling a nearby reporter that his house was filled with three feet water, but his main concern was getting his and his neighbors 11 dachshunds to safety.
