Russian Builds & Rides A Transforming Bicycle[VIDEO]

I have no idea what it's like to ride a bicycle through big city traffic but it seems pretty darn dangerous.

A guy in Russia has the problem of visibility solved giving the rider a high or low stance with his transforming bike.

Watch closely at the beginning of the video as the bike transforms from a normal bicycle to a bike as

tall as a bus.

This guy may know how to make a neat contraption like this but in my opinion he's not all that smart.. WHERE IS HIS HELMET?
